But did you know that 80% of New Years resolutions fail by mid February. This coming from Tony Robbins. So this year commit to progress. Not a New Years resolution. Not a new year new you. But progress towards your old self towards a new you.
This is what I propose…
Over the past few months we’ve been hard at work doing research from our social media channels, looking into what people are looking for in the way of fitness. What we came up with was quite simple. People want something simple, easy to follow and don’t have a lot of time or money to spend on it.
So After months of research, filming and editing, we created a program with those parameters.

Announcing our first 30-Day jump rope program that is simple, easy to follow workouts. 5- 10 minutes a day and only costs pennies a day. Levi James is a Buddy Lee Jump Rope Master Level 3 Trainer & owner of his own gym in Vancouver, BC.
This is now partnered with our other 30 day program: Beginner Bodyweight Transformation. Taught by RMT & Corrective exercise specialist Tom Baxter.
