My Favourite Protein Pancakes
Eating healthy doesn't need to be difficult. Say you've given your all to today's workout. But now you need to eat. This quick and easy recipe will leave you asking for more.
Ok ok, I have a couple protein pancakes listed on my website, but THESE take the cake (or pancake I should say?) Seriously, give it a go, you wont be disappointed!
Make 2-3 batches and freeze the extras. You can pop them in the toaster in the morning for a quick breakfast on the go! My kid absolutely loves these.
I am not one to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, so the fact that I can throw this all in the blender makes this super easy and the clean up is a sinch!
Now that you have the pancakes. You need something to add to them. Well there is so many options. Go on the hunt to the grocery store, towards the peanut butter isle. The options are endless. I find peanut butter a bit dry. So add stevia. Or better yet, look for chocolate almond spread. Expensive, yes. But so worth it. It's like having a giant cookie smothered in chocolate sauce. But it's healthy.
