Sara is an enthusiastic Personal Trainer with a passion for helping others feel great both inside and out. She aims for everyone to feel confident in their own skin by incorporating healthy
individualized lifestyle changes into each client’s day through exercise programs.
Sara grew up as a dancer and later on found an interest in the fitness realm as a whole. She began to explore the gym but found it intimidating being unsure of how to navigate her way around the people and equipment. Working with friends, she slowly built up her confidence and was eventually able to train herself, which she then would pass on to her friends and family. Through these experiences, she found a genuine enjoyment for sharing her knowledge and encouragement with others.
By directing her attention to your overall goals, Sara will work with you to accomplish new and exciting levels of fitness. Her focuses include weight loss, posture, balance, and muscle gain. Sara is a great fit for anyone from a starting level to someone looking for some extra tips to improve their current fitness!
