Olympic Hockey is on the Horizon

In celebration of the Olympics in South Korea. We thought it was fitting to focus on Hockey, and the exercises meant to help you become a better player.

With the continuation of our TRX Series, we thought that we would show you another line of the TRX cables. With the TRX Rip Trainer. It's perfect for athletes that need that range of motion. Its resistance training at it's best. The harder you push, the harder it gets. This will build your balance, speed, and stamina when you play hockey. This could be ball hockey or ice hockey, but we're referring to the form played on ice.
